Ingredients

For the dough

2 cup All purpose flour/Maida

3/4 tsp Instant dry yeast

1 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder

3/4 tsp Salt

Cold water-3/4 cup+1 tbsp

For the pizza sauce

1 Onion (medium)

2 Tomato (large)

1 1/2 tsp Garlic paste

2 tsp Red chilli powder

1/4 cup Water

2 tbsp Oil

Salt

Italian seasoning

For the filling

1/4 cup Chicken boneless pieces

1/2 cup Mushroom slices

1/4 cup Pineapple chunks

Cheddar cheese

Mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup Paprika slices

3/4 Avocado or Olive oil

Onion slices

Directions

1In a bowl,mix flour,instant dry yeast, salt .

2Add cold water.

3Add black pepper powder and mix gently for 2-3 minutes using a spatula.

4The dough will be sticky.

5Cover it with cling film and refrigerate it or allow it to proof in a cool place overnight. Let it Increase in volume.

8Divide the dough into two parts. Cover it with cling film and refrigerate.

9Meanwhile prepare the pizza sauce.

10Blanch the tomatoes.Discard the skin. Purée the tomatoes.

11Grind together onion and garlic.

12Heat a thick bottom sauce pan on medium flame.

13Add 2 tbsp oil.

14Add the onion paste.The add tomato purée.

15Stir well.Now add chilli powder and salt .Add a tsp of sugar.

16Keep stirring. Add water.Cook for 2-3 minutes.Add the seasoning. Turn off the heat.

17Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees C with top and bottom rods on.

18Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.

19Take one portion of the dough.The dough will be sticky.Dust it with flour.

20Roll it into a rectangular shape using a rolling pin.

21Spread the pizza sauce and rest of the ingredients.

22Shape it into a log.Seal the edges. Drizzle avocado or olive oil on top.

23Bake for 15 minutes. Now take the tin out and apply egg or salted butter.

24Place it back in the oven and bake for 4-5 mins until a golden brown crust is formed.
