1In a bowl mix all the ingredients except water for a minute or two.
3Add 1-2 tbsp of extra water if the dough is too stiff.
4Divide the dough into two portions.
5Cling wrap the dough and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
6Meanwhile, pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C. Turn on the fan mode.
7Now, using a rolling pin, roll out the dough.
8Cut it into squares.
9Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.
10Transfer these squares to the prepared tin.
11Bake at 140 degrees C for 20 -22 minutes.
12Remove the tin out of the oven. Transfer the crackers to a cooling rack. Let it cool.
