EmailTweet 0 Full-screen Passion fruit Ginger Custard Cake By shanobiju Cake February 4, 2021 Ingredients120 g All purpose flour3 tbsp Custard powder 1/2 tsp Baking powder 1/4 tsp Baking soda1 tbsp Dry ginger powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 110 g Salted butter 115 g Granulated Sugar 1 Egg 4 tbsp Passion fruit pulp1 tbsp Sugar3 tbsp Water Directions2Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C. Sift the dry ingredients thrice. 3Cook passion fruit plup in 1 tbsp sugar for two minutes on very low heat. Turn off the heat . Let it cool.4Cream butter and sugar well. Add gently beaten egg.5Gently fold in the sifted dry ingredients.
