Cling wrap the dough. Refrigerate. Let the dough rest for 30 -40 minutes.5Divide the chilled dough into 2 pieces and work with one half of the dough at a time.6Roll out the dough as thin as possible using a rolling pin. Dust the dough with flour while rolling.7Using a sharp knife cut into thin strips.8Let the noodles dry for an hour.9Boil the noodles in hot water for 3-4 minutes .
