1Soak the dal , fenugreek and raw rice in water for exactly one hour.
2After one hour, drain the water and grind it well .
3Transfer it into a bowl and add the chopped ingredients.
4Using a spatula mix it very well.Add salt to taste.
5In a thick bottom pan , add oil.When the oil is hot , using a teaspoon, carefully drop small portions of batter one by one in to the oil and fry until it is golden brown in colour.
6Drain the excess oil .
7Serve hot with coconut chutney.
