1Sift flour, baking powder,salt and cocoa thrice.
2In a medium sized plastic bowl,microwave butter and semi sweet chocolate chips . Keep stirring until it is shiny. Keep it aside.
3In another bowl, beat eggs , sugar and vanilla essence well for 2-3 minutes on high speed.
4Gently fold in the sifted dry ingredients using a spatula.
5Add melted chocolate.
6Fold in very gently.
7Add chopped maraschino cherries.
8Break Lindt Dark chocolate into small pieces. Fold in gently.
9Cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
10Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C with top and bottom rods on.
11Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.Take a tbsp of cookies dough.
12Carefully transfer them to the prepared tin.
13Shape the sides of the dough with your fingers.
14Place it in the oven and bake for 18-22 minutes.
15Take it out and immediately transfer it to a wire rack.
16Let it cool well.
