Directions
For the chicken
1Mix, rice flour, all purpose flour, corn flour, black pepper, salt and water together. Add the cut chicken. Coat the chicken well with batter. Batter should be thick. Heat oil. Deep fry the chicken on medium flame. Keep it aside.
For the sauce
1Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil.
2Add green chillies. Then add the remaining ingredients except corn flour and water.
4Fry of 2-3 minutes on high flame.
5Add batter fried chicken. Keep stirring.
6Mix corn flour and water.
7Add this to the chicken. Stir until the chicken is glossy and well coated with sauce.
8Turn off the heat. Serve hot.
