EmailTweet 0 Full-screen Appam Batter-4 By shanobiju My Cookery Zone August 7, 2021 Ingredients2 cups Raw Rice 1/4 cup Beaten Rice1 cup Cooked raw rice1 cup Coconut milk 1 cup Grated Coconut 1 tbsp Curd 3 tbsp Sugar 2 tsp Salt 2 1/2 cups Water 1/2 tsp Instant dry yeast 1 tsp Baking Soda Directions2Take a large bowl . Soak all the ingredients together except baking soda and yeast for 4-6 hrs. 3Add instant dry yeast and grind the above ingredients to a fine smooth batter. Add 1/2 cup water if the batter is too thick. 4Let the batter ferment for 2 hrs. Mix baking soda in 1 tbsp water and add to the batter.
