1In a medium sized bowl , mix flour , chilli powder, salt ,chopped sun dried tomatoes and lemon zest well.
3Add olive oil.
5Add water little by little and knead gently.
6The dough should be slightly sticky. Add lemon juice.
7Divide the dough into two parts parts. Cover it with cling film and refrigerate for 30 mins.
8Take one portion of the dough and divide it further into two equal parts.
9Pre heat the oven at 140 degree C.
10Line a rectangular aluminium tin with parchment sheet.
12Roll the dough as thin as possible.
14Cut it in to desired shape. Prick it with a skewer or fork
15Keep it in the oven and bake for 15-17 mins.
16Now take it out of the oven.Let it cool.If it is still soft bake for another 3-4 mins.
