1Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C. Sift the flour thrice. Keep the cupcakes mounds ready.
2In a bowl, beat butter and sugar well using a hand mixer.
3Now add gently beaten eggs.
4Beat well .Don’t worry if the mixture curdles.
5Now add the essence.
6Gently fold in the flour and water using a spatula.
7Follow cut and fold method while mixing the batter. Do not stir the batter.
8Transfer the batter into prepared cupcake tins.
9Bake at 150 degrees C for 18-20 minutes or until done.
