1 cup White Sesame Seeds

3 tbsp Olive Oil

Salt a pinch


2In a heavy bottom pan, lightly toast 1 cup sesame seeds on low flame . Turn off the heat.

3Let the seeds cool a bit. Grind the seeds in a small grinder jar. Add olive oil and salt. Grind until smooth. Transfer to a clean bottle.
