For the gravy
1Slice each egg into four or eight pieces. Carefully dust it with corn flour. Keep it aside.
2Let us make the batter. Mix flour, corn flour, salt and pepper powder well. Add water. Make sure the batter is neither too thick nor runny.
3Heat a heavy bottom frying pan. Add oil . Coat the eggs with batter. Deep fry them. Keep it aside.
4In another pan, add oil. Fry sliced onion and capsicum on high heat .Add rest of the ingredients. Let the gravy thicken. Add batter fried eggs. Stir well . Turn off the heat. Serve hot.
