Sandwich Bread

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups All purpose flour/Maida

1 1/2 cups Bread flour

1 tsp Instant dry yeast

1 tbsp Sugar

2 tsp Salt

3/4 cup Non alcoholic beer

1 Egg

2 tbsp Refined oil

Directions

2Keep your stand mixer bowl ready .

3Heat the beer on low flame for a minute or two.

4Add all the ingredients into the mixer bowl except oil.

5Knead for 10 minutes.

6Add oil.

7Add 2-3 tbsp of water if the dough is too stiff.

8Knead for another 5minutes.

9Shape the dough into ball. Place it in a well oiled bowl.Let it double in volume. Cover the bowl with cling or wet towel. Allow the dough to rise.

10Now punch down the dough gently. Knead for 3-4 minutes.

11Grease and dust a loaf tin.

12Shape the dough i into a loaf.

13Bake for 30 minutes @180 degrees C.

14Turn off the oven. Remove the loaf from the loaf tin. Allow the loaf to cool well before slicing. Apply butter liberally . Let the loaf rest for 3-4 hours.
