Red Wine Cranberry Cookies..

1In a heavy bottom saucepan,boil red wine and berries on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
2Let the berries cook well . Turn off the heat.
3Allow it cool. Meanwhile melt dark chocolate in microwave. Add 1/2 tbsp of oil. Stir well.
4Add melted chocolate to the cooled berries.Mix well .
5Sift the flour and baking powder well.
6Cream butter and sugar.
7Add the sifted flour and cranberries .
8Kead the dough very gently.
9Cling wrap the dough and refrigerate it 30 minutes.
10Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.
11Now take 1 tbsp of dough.Shape it into a ball .Flatten it lightly.
12Transfer it to the prepared tin.
13Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
14Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C.
15Bake the cookies at 140 degrees C for 18-20 minutes.
16Remove the cookies from the oven and let it cool.
