1In a bowl, mix wheat flour, semolina,salt ,honey and instant dry yeast.
2Add warm water.
3Knead well for 4-5 mins.
4Add oil .
5Knead well for another 3-4 mins.
6Apply oil on the dough and place it in a well oiled bowl.Cover it with cling film.
7Keep it in a warm place.Let it rise.
8When the dough is double in volume, gently punch down the dough.
9Knead it for a minute or two.
10Cover wrap it with cling film and refrigerate it for 1 hour.
11Meanwhile wash and slice the tomatoes.
13Heat 2 tbsp of garlic paste and 4 tbsp of oil in microwave for 1 minute. Keep it aside.
14Keep the basil and onion slices ready.
15Keep a 8” pizza pan ready.Take around 120 gms of dough and shape it into a ball.
16Roll out the dough.
17I always prefer thin crust pizza.So I rolled it thin.
18Make a dam on the sides.
19Prick it with fork and drizzle garlic infused olive oil.
20Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees C with both top and bottom rods on.
21Place it in the oven and bake for 7-8 mins.
22Remove it from the oven and add the toppings.
23First arrange the onion slices, then tomatoes.
24Now add mozzarella cheese and basil leaves.
25Drizzle garlic infused olive oil liberally.
26Return it to the oven .
27Bake at 180 degrees C for 6-7 mins with both top and bottom rods on.
