1Mix mango juice, pineapple juice and orange juice in a saucepan. The juice should be thick in consistency.Do not add water.
2Add orange zest and sugar.
3Cook on very low flame. Keep stirring.
4Reduce it to 3/4 cup.Add a drop of yellow colour. Let it cool well.
5Once it is cool, mix 1/2 cup of condensed milk. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
6In a bowl, whip the cream until stiff.
7Gently fold in the fruit mixture and whipped cream. Cover it with cling film and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
8Using a electric mixer, gently beat it one more time. Transfer it to a glass container. Cover it with parchment sheet. Close the lid tightly.Cling wrap it and let it freeze for 8-10 hours.
