2Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C. Sift the dry ingredients thrice.
3Cook passion fruit plup in 1 tbsp sugar for two minutes on very low heat. Turn off the heat . Let it cool.
4Cream butter and sugar well. Add gently beaten egg.
5Gently fold in the sifted dry ingredients. Add water and passion fruit.
6Transfer to a 6” aluminium pan.
7Bake for 30-40 minutes @ 150 degrees C or until done.
