1Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.
2Grease and dust a 8” aluminium pan.
3Sift the dry ingredients thrice.
4Cream butter , orange zest and sugar well.
5Add gently beaten eggs.
6Now gently fold in the sifted ingredients and orange juice. Add 1-2 tbsp of water / milk if the batter is too thick.Gently fold in the chocolate pieces.
7Bake for 30-40 minutes at 150 degrees C or until done.
