1In a saucepan, mix orange juice, orange zest and sugar.Heat it on low flame .
2Let the sugar melt completely.
3Mix cornflour with water and add this to the mixture.
4Keep stirring and let it thicken.
5Now add unsalted butter .Cook for a minute or two.
6Remove from flame and let it cool well.
7Transfer it into a dry bottle and refrigerate.
