1Sift the flour and baking powder thrice.
2Pulse the chopped almonds and walnuts for a minute.Add this to the sifted flour mixture.
3Dissolve Nescafé instant coffee in hot water.
4Cream butter and sugar well.
5Add the coffee mixture.
6Add the flour mixture. Mix all the ingredients very gently without applying pressure.
8Cling wrap the dough. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
9Take one tbsp of dough and shape it into a ball.
10Refrigerate it for 20 minutes. Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.
11Bake st 150 degrees C for 18-20 minutes. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack. Let it cool.
