1Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C. Keep the cupcake moulds ready or grease and dust a 6” aluminium tin.
2Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda thrice. Keep it aside.
3Cream butter and sugar well.
4Add granulated sugar.
5Add gently beaten egg.
6Fold in the sifted ingredients.
7Add lukewarm milk/water.
8Add Apple Cidar Vinegar.
9Gently fold in the ingredients.
10Divide the batter into two portions.
11To one portion, add the cocoa powder. Add 1-2 tbsp of water / milk if the batter is too thick.
12Now spoon in the chocolate batter into the prepared cupcake mould or the prepared tin.
13Level the batter using a spatula.
14Now spoon in the vanilla batter.
15Bake the cupcakes for 18 -19 mins .
16If you are using 6” aluminium pan, bake for 35-40 minutes or until done.
