Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice cream

For the custard

1 cup Full fat milk

1/2 cup Peanut butter

100 g Dark chocolate

1 cup Granulated sugar

1/2 tbsp Cornflour

1/2 tbsp Cocoa powder

1 cup Whipping cream


1I am using full fat milk.

2You can use homemade peanut butter .Choice is yours.

3In a saucepan heat , milk, peanut butter, cocoa powder, cornflour and sugar

4Keep stirring.Keep the flame low.

5Add dark chocolate. I am adding Lindt 70% dark Chocolate.

6Remove it from the heat. Place the sauce pan into a bowl of cold water. Let the custard cool.

8Whip the cream until stiff.Gently fold in the custard and whipped cream.

9Transfer it to a glass container . Cover it with cling film.

10Freeze for 6-8 hours.
