Chocolate Orange Cake

1 1/2 cup Self raising flour

1/4 tsp Baking Soda

1/4 cup Cocoa powder

1/4 cup Salted butter

3/4 cup Granulated Sugar

1 Egg

1 tbsp Orange zest

1 1/2 tbsp Apple Cidar Vinegar

1/4 cup Lukewarm water

Tonovin essence- 1 drop


1Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C. Grease and dust a 6” aluminium pan. Sift flour and baking soda thrice.

2Using a hand mixer, gently beat all the ingredients together on low speed for 2-3 minutes.

3Add extra 2-3 tbsp of water if the batter is too thick.

4Do not over beat or stir the batter.

5Transfer it to the prepared tin.

6Bake at 150 degrees C for 35 -40 mins or until done.
