1Pre heat the oven at 150 degree C.
2Grease and dust a 8” cake tin.Sift flour , cocoa powder and soda powder thrice.
3In a bowl , cream butter and sugar.
4Add egg. Continue creaming.
5Dissolve instant coffee powder in luke warm water.
6Using a spatula, fold in flour , coffee mixture, essence and sour cream.
7Do not stir the mixture.
8Cut and fold the batter very gently.
9Transfer it to the prepared tin.
10Bake at 150 degrees C for 40 mins or until done.
