1Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.
2Grease and dust a 8”x4”x21/2”loaf tin.
3Sift the flour and baking powder thrice.
4Cream butter and cream cheese well.
5Add sugar little by little.
6Add gently beaten eggs.
7Now using a spatula, gently fold in flour and warm milk.
8Add vanilla essence.
9Now transfer 5 tbsp of batter into another bowl.
10Mix instant coffee powder in 2 tbsp of warm water.
11Add cocoa powder into the batter.
12Now add coffee.
13Gently mix the batter.
14Divide the vanilla flavoured batter into two equal portion.
15Transfer one portion into the baking tin.
16Now spoon in the cocoa flavoured batter.
17Do not stir.
18Now spoon in the remaining portion of vanilla batter.
19Bake at 150 degrees C for 40 -45 mins.
20Check with a wooden toothpick if done.
