1In a heavy bottom saucepan, cook blueberries, orange zest, orange juice, water and sugar on low flame for 3-4 minutes. Keep stirring. Let it thicken. Turn off the heat. Allow it to cool well. Refrigerate it for 20 minutes.
2In a bowl, beat cream cheese well.Add condensed milk. Keep beating on low speed.
3Now in a separate bowl , beat the whipping cream until stiff.
4Now slowly mix the fruit compote, condensed milk mixture and whipping cream together.
5Transfer it to an airtight container. Now gently fold in the powdered crackers.
6Cover the container with parchment sheet and cling wrap it..
7Freeze it for at least 8 hrs or freeze it overnight.
