1Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C. Grease and dust a 6” round aluminium pan or a small loaf tin. Sift the dry ingredients thrice.
2Cream butter, orange zest and sugar well.
3Add gently beaten eggs.
4Fold in the sifted dry ingredients, orange juice and blueberries.
5Transfer the batter to the prepared baking tin.
6Bake for 35-40 minutes or until done.
