1In a bowl mix all the ingredients together except chocolate chips.
2Knead gently for a minute or two.
3The dough should not be too stiff.
4Divide the dough into two parts and cling wrap it. Refrigerate it for 1 hr.
5Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.
6Take 1 tbsp of chilled dough.
7Transfer it to the prepared tin.
8Place a small piece of chocolate on top.
9You can use any brand.I used Lindt Excellence A Touch of Sea Salt Dark chocolate .
10Refrigerate it for another 15 minutes.
11Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C with both top and bottom rods on for 15 minutes.
12Bake for 20-22 minutes at 150 degrees C. Remove from the oven.
13Place them on a wire rack . Let it cool well.
