1Grease and dust a 6” cake tin. Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C.
2Sift flour and baking soda thrice.
3Using a electric mixer,cream butter and cream cheese well.
4Add both granulated sugar and brown sugar.
5Now add gently beaten egg.
6Beat well. Add mashed banana and orange zest.
7Gently fold in sifted flour and strawberry yogurt.
8Add 2 tbsp of water if the batter is too thick.
9Transfer 6 tbsp of batter to another bowl.
10Add cocoa powder.
11Add 2 tbsp of water and gently mix.
12Spoon in the white batter and cocoa batter alternately into the prepared tin.
13Bake for 35-40 minutes or until done.
