1Wash the potatoes well and pressure cook it for 5 mins or wait for two whistles.
2Allow it to cool well.Do not remove the skin.
3Now slice it carefully.
4Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.
5Carefully transfer these sliced potatoes to the baking tin.
6Heat olive oil and garlic paste in microwave for a minute.
7Drizzle it over the sliced potatoes along with other ingredients except chilli butter,
8Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees C for 10 mins
9Place the tin in the oven and bake for 40 mins.
10Meanwhile mix salted butter and the rest of the ingredients well .Freeze it for 10 mins.
11Now open the oven after 40 minutes.Add 2 tbsp of butter on the baked potatoes.
12Continue to bake until the potatoes are golden brown in colour.
13Remove from the oven and serve hot with garlic cheese spread.
