Peanut cookies

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup All purpose flour/Maida

3/4 tsp Baking soda

1/2 tsp Baking powder

Salted butter-1/3 cup + 1 tbsp

1/3 cup Coarsely ground roasted peanuts

1/4 cup Honey

2 tbsp Brown sugar

Directions

1Using a food processor or a mixie , grind the roasted peanuts coarsely.

2Sift the flour , baking soda and baking powder thrice.

3In a bowl , mix flour mixture,coarsely ground roasted peanuts and honey well.

4Cream butter and sugar well.

5Mix the butter mixture and flour mixture.

6Gently knead.

7Divide the dough into two equal parts.Cover it with cling film and refrigerate for 30 mins.

8After 30 minutes, take the dough out.

9Take one tsp of dough and shape it into a round cookie.

12Line a tin with parchment sheet.

13Refrigerate it for another 15 minutes.

14Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C with fanmode on.

15Bake the cookies for 18-20 mins.

16Now , transfer them to a wire rack .Let it cool.

17Store it in airtight container.

Hello Mam..the cookies look very scrumptious…MAy i know the cup capacity?240ml or 200ml? Thank you..
