2Keep the stand mixer bowl ready.
3Add all the ingredients except oil.
4Knead for 10 minutes . Add 1-2 tbsp of water if the dough is too stiff.
5Add oil. Knead for another 4-5 minutes.
6Shape the dough into a ball. Let it rise. Cover the bowl with a wet towel. Allow the dough to be double in volume.
7Now, keep two loaf tins ready. Grease and dust the tins.
8Punch down the dough gently. Knead for 3-4 minutes.
9Divide the dough into two portions.
10Shape them into a loaf and let it double in volume.
11Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees C.
12Place the tjns into the oven. Bake for 30 minutes @180 degrees C.
13Take the bread out . Let the loaf cool well.
14Slice the bread with a sharp serrated knife.
15Apply butter on the slices. Maple syrup can be added to the butter.
16Bake again for 25-30 minutes at 140 degrees C. Turn on the fan mode. Remove from the oven.
