1Mix grated carrots , chopped tomatoes, pepper powder and 1 tbsp of oil together.
2Pack these ingredients in aluminium foil. Seal the edges tightly.
3Pre heat the oven at 200 degrees C.
4Bake the sealed ingredients for 30 minutes.
5Remove it from the oven and let it cool.
6In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and oil.
7Add the roasted vegetables.
8Mix well. Add water, oregano and grated cheese.
9Pulse it in a food processor for a minute.
10Knead it gently without applying much pressure.
11Divide the dough into two parts.
12Cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
13Place the dough between two layers of cling film.
14Using a rolling pin, gently roll it.
15Refrigerate it for 20 minutes.
16Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C.
17Place it in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.
