By shanobiju Cake January 14, 2018 Ingredients125 g All purpose flour/ Maida 125 g Salted butter 120 g Castor sugar 1 tsp Vanilla essence 3 tbsp Water /Milk2 Egg (large)1/2 tsp Baking powder Directions1Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.2Grease and dust a 6” aluminium tin . Sift the flour and baking powder atleast 4-5 times.3Cream the butter well.Add sugar.4Now add gently beaten egg.5Gently fold in the flour and water/ milk.
