Directions
1Pressure cook 170 gms of sweet potato.Remove the skin and mash it well.
2In a food processor mix the spices ,cooked sweet potatoes,flour ,lemon zest ,salt and oil.
4Knead it gently. Add more water if required.
6Cover it with cling film and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
7Divide the dough into two parts .Take one portion and roll the dough nice and thin. Refrigerate the other portion.
8Meanwhile pre heat the oven in fan mode with both the top and bottom rods on at 150 degreesC.
9Cut it into desired shapes.Prick it with a fork.
10Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.
11Bake at 150 degrees C on fan mode for 18-20 minutes .
12Transfer it to a wire rack.Let it cool.
