Hi Shano….I have tried so many bread reccakes pies n failed at every attempt..Tried this recipe for stuffed buns and braided bread..n it came out perfect.I was jumping with joy.Waiting to try your wheat bread tomorrow.Thanks Hun for sharing your knowledge…God bless….am a BIG fan of yours…

Cover it with aluminium foil and bake 3-4 extra..The buns should sound hollow when done..

Dear shano. I follow your recipes. Tried your plum cake with tea and cake with orange and coconut. I loved it. Tried the stuffed buns too. My first ever try on buns or bread. Set at 180 degrees for 13 minutes. Then 3 minutes too. But looked uncooked… so cooked for 10 minutes more.It looked OK but was a bit hard. Next day it became softer. I must have made some mistakes. Pls advice me… planning to try tomorrow once again.

Devyani ..Instant dry yeast is different from Active dry yeast .I always use Angel brand instant dry yeast .

Hi, is instant yeast different from active dry yeast? I have followed your recipe using bluebird active dry yeast and I reckon I’ve made a mistake. Your buns look absolutely sensational and I love warm stuffed buns.
