Directions
1Pulse all the ingredients except water in a food processor for a minute.
2Transfer this mixture into a bowl.
3Add water. Knead the dough for a minute without applying pressure. Add extra 1 tbsp of water if the dough is too stiff.
4Cling wrap the dough and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
5Line a rectangular baking tin with parchment sheet.
6Place the dough between two sheets of cling wrap.
7Roll it thin using a rolling pin.
8Cut it into desired shapes. I used a bottle cap here. You can use a fork or a knife to create any design of your choice.
9Transfer it to the prepared tin.
10Refrigerate it for 15 minutes.
11Meanwhile, pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C.
12Bake for 18 -20 minutes at 140 degrees C.
13Transfer the crackers to a wire rack.
