Directions
1Use any fish of your choice.I am using Tuna here.
2Take 1/4 cup of water in a saucepan.Heat it on low flame.Add turmeric,salt ,pepper ,salt and fish. Cook it on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
3Remove the bones if any.
4Keep the chopped ingredients ready.
5Place a thick bottom frying on medium flame. Add 4 tbsp of oil. Add ginger,garlic and chopped chillies. Fry them for a minute or two. Add onion.Now add mashed potatoes.
6Keep stirring. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Turn off the flame.
7Use a table spoon to make even sized balls.
8Refrigerate it 30 minutes.
9Keep the bread crumbs ready.
10Dip the cutlets in gently beaten egg and coat it with bread crumbs.
11Deep fry them and serve hot.
