Directions
For the toppings
1Keep the pizza sauce ready. Please check my blog for the detailed recipe.
2Heat a pan. Add 2-3 tbsp of oil. Add the sliced sausages and mushrooms. Add salt and Italian seasoning. Turn off the heat. Keep it aside.
For the dough
1In a bowl , mix all the ingredients together except water and oil.
2Add water and knead the dough for 6 minutes.
3Now add oil. Add 1-2 tbsp of extra water if the dough is too stiff.
4Shape the dough into a ball. Place the dough into a well oiled bowl. Cover it with cling film. Let it double in volume.
5Now punch down the dough gently.
6Line a large Swiss roll tin with parchment sheet.
7Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a rectangular shape.
8Place the dough into the prepared tin. Prick the dough with a fork.
9Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes with both the rods on.
10Place the prepared tin into the oven. Bake for 8 mins.
11Remove it from the oven.
12Now spread the pizza sauce evenly.
13Now spread the cooked toppings, basil leaves and cheese. Drizzle olive oil generously on top.
14Place it back into the oven.
15Bake for 10-12 minutes.
