Directions
For the dough
1In a bowl, mix all purpose flour, wheat flour, honey , instant dry yeast and salt.
2Add water.Mix it gently with a spatula.
3The dough should be sticky.
4Cover it with cling a film and let it proof for 7-8 hrs.
5Keep the dough in a cool place or refrigerate it overnight.
6Now prepare the pizza sauce. Blanch the tomato. Make a smooth paste.Grind the onion into a paste. In a pan , heat oil.Add onion paste.then add tomato purée and tomato ketchup.Add the flavourings and rest of the ingredients. Add cream cheese.Let it thicken.Turn off the heat.
7Meanwhile pre heat the oven at 180 degrees C with top and bottom rods on.
8Let it proof well.
9Now punch down the dough.
10Divide it into two portion.
11Roll out the dough nice and thin.
12Line a baking tin with parchment sheet.
13Prick the dough with a fork or make dent with finger tip..
14Gently apply olive oil on the dough.
15Bake fo 8-10 minutes.
16Take the tin out .
17Add the toppings.
18Add more cheese if required.
19Bake for another 10 minutes.
