Directions
1Knead all the ingredients in a mixer for 10 minutes until the dough is soft and shiny.
2Apply oil and cling wrap the dough for 4 hrs.
5Now divide the dough into 12 equal portions
8Cling wrap the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
9Apply oil liberally.
10Flatten the dough and roll out very thin.
11Using a sharp knife cut into thin strips keeping the top and bottom intact.
12Now shape it into a rose. Apply oil
13Let it rest for 30 minutes.
14Using a rolling pin gently flatten the prepared dough.
15Heat a non stick tawa.
16Place the parota and cook on medium flame.
17Once cooked on both the sides, give a good shuffle for the layers to separate. This should be done while the parota are warm.
