Pickled Onion

Ingredients

2 cups Sliced onion

6-7 Green /Red Chillies

6-7 Garlic peeled

3/4 cup White vinegar

3/4 cup Water

1/4 cup Rice vinegar

3 tbsp Maple Syrup

2 tbsp Pink Rock Salt

Directions

1In a saucepan, boil all the liquid together on medium flame for 4-5 minutes. Turn off the heat. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients. Give a stir. Transfer it to a clean glass bottle. Can be refrigerated upto a week.
