One bowl chocolate cake

This super moist cake can be made in one bowl .
Coffee powder can be added to enhance the flavo r.
Or if you are a lover of cinnamon a pinch of cinnamon can be added .
- Prep: 20 mins
- Cook: 35 mins
Directions
1Preheat the oven at 180degree C . Grease and dust a 8" cake tin . Transfer all the ingredients into a medium sized bowl . Beat well for 3 minutes using a electric mixer. Pour the batter in to a prepared 8" cake tin . Bake for 30-35 minutes or until done .
I used salted butter..so extra salt was not added.
Instead of grape essence or 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder or coffee powder can be added.
This cake is very soft cake.Allow the cake to cool well before cutting..
Cake will be dense if the batter is over beaten..
Butter ,egg and curd should be room temp..

Shano thanks for generously sharing your awesome recipes. My standard cup is 250 ml. Can I use it for this recipe, will it work? Should I add an egg, perhaps? And add some baking soda? Please clarify!
