Directions
1Melt butter in microwave.
2Powder the biscuit fine along with melted butter. Add a pinch of cinnamon powder.You can use any firm biscuits of your choice.
4Keep the tart tin ready.I am using mini tart tin.
5Press the biscuit mixture firmly.The base should not be too thin.
6Refrigerate for 1 hour.
7Meanwhile prepare the caramel
8Heat butter and add sugar.
9Add sweetened condensed milk. Lower the heat . Cook for 2-3 minutes.
10Take the chilled biscuit base and quickly fill it . Refrigerate it for 3-4 hrs.
11Slice a medium ripe firm banana into small pieces.Add lemon juice. Refrigerate it for 30 mins.
12Keep the whipped cream ready.
13Now take the chilled pie ,place some banana slices and top it with whipped cream. You can dust hot chocolate powder or cocoa powder on top. Refrigerate it for 15 minutes.Remove the mould and serve .
