Directions
1In a saucepan boil water.Add tea leaves. Boil it well on low flame until it reduces to 1/4 cup. Turn off the heat. Strain it. Keep it aside.Let it cool.
2Sift flour, corn flour and baking powder thrice.
3Cream butter and sugar. Add masala tea extract.
4Add sifted sugar and oats. Add black tea decoction.
5Knead the dough very gently without applying pressure.
6The dough should not be too stiff.
7Cling wrap the dough and refrigerate for 30 mins.
8Now remove the cling wrap. Take a tbsp of dough and shape it into a ball or any desired shape.
9Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.
10Place the cookie dough carefully. You can line the tin with aluminium foil instead of parchment sheet.
11Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
12Meanwhile, pre heat oven at 150 degrees C.Turn on the fan mode.
13Place the baking tin into the oven.
14Let it bake for 18-20 minutes.
15Now remove the cookies to a wire rack.
16Let it cool.
