Lemon Glaze Cookies..

Ingredients
- 2 cups All purpose flour/ Maida
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Salted butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 count Egg
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Lemonzest
For the glaze
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 cup Icing sugar
- 1/8 tsp Yellow food colouring
Directions

Sift flour, cornflour ,baking soda and salt thrice

Cream salted butter.

Add sugar. Cream well.

Now add egg.

Add yellow food colouring, lemon zest and juice.

Gently fold in sifted flour.

Cling wrap it and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Place the dough between two sheets of cling film.

Meanwhile pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C with both top and bottom rods on.

Using a rolling pin , roll it gently.

Cut it into desired shapes.

Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.

Refrigerate the cookie dough for 15 minutes.Then bake at 150 degrees C for 20 minutes with top and bottom rods on.

Transfer the baked cookies to a wire rack.Let it cool.
For the lemon glaze..

Whisk icing sugar and lemon juice well.
