This recipe is very easy and this can be used as spread or as filling . I used dutch processed cocoa for dark colour .

Ingredients
1 cupHazelnut
1/4 cupDutch processed cocoa powder
3/4 cupIcing sugar
Salt a pinch
1/4 tspVanilla essence
Directions
1Pre heat the oven at 180 degree C .
Spread the hazelnut out on a baking tray and roast until light golden brown in colour .
Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool .
2Process it in a food processer until it is smooth and its oil released .
Now add icing sugar ,cocoa powder ,vanilla essence and salt and process until well incorporated.
The mixture will be glossy and smooth.
3Transfer it to an air tight container and can be stored in refrigerator ,
