2Grease and dust a 6” loaf tin.
3Sift the dry ingredients thrice.
4Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.
5Cream butter and sugar well. Add gently beaten eggs.
6Sift in flour. Fold in gently. Add 2-3 tbsps of water if the batter is too thick.
7Add guava and lemon juice.
8Add chopped cranberries.
9Transfer the batter into the prepared tin.
10Bake at 150 degrees C for 40 minutes.
11Take the cake out of the tin.
12Let it cool.
13Slice into thin pieces.
14Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.
15Transfer the sliced pieces to the prepared tin.
16Bake on fan mode at 140 degrees C for 45-50 minutes.
