2Keep all the ingredients ready.
3Keep your stand mixer ready.
4Add all the ingredients except blueberries, oil and water.
5Mix the ingredients on low speed for 2-3 minutes. Add water. Knead for 8-10 minutes. Add refined oil. Knead for 5-6 minutes on medium speed.
6Cling wrap the bowl .
7Let the dough double in volume.
8Punch down the dough gently. Add chopped blueberries.
9Divide the dough into 10 equal portions each weighing 65 gms.Shape each portion into balls.
10Grease and dust a 9” aluminium pan.
11Transfer the balls into the prepared tin.
12Let it rise.
13Meanwhile, Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees C.
14Place the tin in the oven.
15Bake for 20-25 minutes.
16Take the tin out. Turn off the oven. Apply salted butter on the buns .
