EmailTweet 0 Full-screen Coffee Walnut Cake By shanobiju Cake February 11, 2021 Ingredients125 g All purpose flour 1/2 tsp Baking powder Baking Soda- A pinch110 g Salted Butter 115 g Granulated Sugar 2 Eggs1/4 cup Lightly toasted Walnuts (chopped)2 1/2 tbsp Nescafé powder 1 tbsp Warm water 1/4 cup Milk Directions2Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.3Sift all the dry ingredients thrice. Grease and dust a 6” aluminium tin.4Cream butter and sugar.5Add lightly beaten eggs.6Fold in the sifted ingredients gently.7Mix Nescafé powder and warm water.8Add to the batter. Add milk. 9Transfer to the prepared tin.
